Pet Policy
Pet Policies vary by Property Owners and location but most properties are Pet Friendly
- Typically the Pet Agreements are:
- $200.00 pet deposit – refundable if there are no resulting damages by pet
- $30.00 per pet additional monthly rental charge
- New Resident’s are required to sign a “Pet Agreement” which is an addendum to their Lease
- All Resident’s with Pets are expected to dispose of any waste from pet
- Maintain current licenses and vaccinations
- Ensure that pet causes no problems for other tenants in building and surrounding areas
